These old dirt tunnels seem sturdy and are lined with soft but dead moss. When first rediscovered by the pack, they tried to light their way with the moss, but none of it took hold in the dirt. Many of the tunnels are open, but some are blocked by collapses or tree roots. Trainees are brought here by Testers just before they are assigned a new name. If the young wolf can't find their own way out, another will come and rescue them, but the wolf will retain trainee status until it can pass the test.
